For all catering orders of $1000.00 or more a 50% deposit is required within three trading days prior to the event to secure the booking.
A processing fee of 2% applies to all credit card transactions.
All catering bookings will be confirmed once the client has agreed and approved all the requirements stated in the returned event catering request form.
48 hours’ notice is required for all bookings.
Cancellation of catering orders within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total invoice.
Confirmed numbers stated on the returned event catering request form will be charged.
Additional numbers may be added on or before the start of the event.
Cove Catering Services reserves the right to charge for any loss or damage of Cove property during the function.
Cove Catering Services also reserves the right to charge for any damaged, lost or nonreturned items.
Additionally delivery charges may apply depending on your location
